Step 1: Using the Ariat Crew website
Visit: https://www.ariatcrew.com/
Step 2: Navigate to Sign In
In the upper right-hand corner of the Ariat Crew Website, click on 'Sign In'.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
Enter your username and password, then click 'Sign In'.
Once signed in, your name will appear in the upper right-hand corner, replacing the Sign In option.
Step 4: Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot Password'.
On the pop-up screen once you select Forgot password, enter your email, then click 'Send'. A password reset link will be sent to your email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Step 1: How do I shop on the Ariat Crew website?
There are several ways to browse and shop:
- Use the Men's or Women's navigation menus.
- Use the Search function if you know the style number or a keyword.
Step 2: How do I search for a specific item?
You can search by style number or keyword.
- Ariat item/SKU numbers are 8 digits long and start with 100*****.
Step 3: How do I select a product?
Once you find an item by search or thru navigation, click on it to go to the product page. Here, you can select size, quantity, and customization options (if available). Use the Size Guide to check fit details.
Step 4: How do I add items to my cart?
Once size and quantity, are selected for the product you want, scroll to the orange ‘Add to Bag’ button and click.
Once items are added to your bag, a pop-up will appear on the right-hand side confirming that your products have been successfully added to your bag. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout from this pop-up or select the bag icon at the top right.
Note Customization: If customization is available, select Customize after choosing size and quantity. Follow the How to Customize FAQ for detailed steps and a more in-depth guide on how to customize a product.
Step 5: How do I review my bag?
Once in your bag, check the following:
Each item's style number, name, price, color, and size.
- Items without customization will show only Edit, Remove, or Update Quantity options.
- Items with customization will have Edit Design & Preview Design options.
Step 6: How do I apply an allowance or promo code?
If you have an employer-provided allowance, it will automatically appear in your bag on the right hand-side. You can apply it or uncheck the box to save it for later.
If you have a promo code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and click Apply.
Step 7: How do I proceed to checkout?
Click Checkout when you're ready to place your order.
Step 8: How do I select my shipping address?
Choose a saved address or add a new shipping address in your profile.
- If needed, you can edit a saved address during checkout.
- Ariat Crew Shipping options:
- Crew orders ship via UPS at no charge to you.
- Select Standard Shipping, then click Save & Continue.
Step 9: How do I enter payment information and update my billing address?
Depending on your account settings, you can pay using:
- Terms (if applicable)
- Credit Card
- Allowance (if available)
If paying by credit card, enter your details and choose whether to save the card for future use.
By default, the billing address matches the shipping address. To change it:
- Uncheck the box that says “Use shipping address as billing address.”
- Enter the correct billing address manually or select a saved address.
Step 10: Can I add additional notes to my order?
Yes, under the Additional Info section you can enter your notes:
- PO/Job Notes (useful for Accounts Payable).
- Order Notes (for any special instructions).
These fields are optional.
Step 11: How do I review my order before placing it?
Before placing your order, double-check the following by clicking ‘Continue to Review Order’:
- Shipping Address Edit if needed.
- Payment Method Update if necessary.
- My Bag Summary Items, sizes, customization details (if applicable).
Step 12. How do I complete my order?
If everything looks correct, click ‘Place Order’.
You will be redirected to an Order Confirmation page with your order number.

Do we accept returns?
Only returns made within an 90 day window without customization or personalization will be accepted. Program terms are subject to change without notice. Returns submitted that do not have a defect, error or shipment issue will be charged the standard return fee.
How do I return my ariat.com order?
We make returns as easy as possible. To return one or more items from an order, simply enter your email address and order number here. We'll email you a Return Initiated email with a prepaid shipping label and packing slip to print. Place the packing slip and the items you're returning in a box and tape the shipping label to the outside. Drop the box off at the carrier listed on the shipping label. We will send you a Return Confirmation email as soon as we receive and process your return. Your purchase will be refunded to your credit card or other form of payment within about 14 business days.
How can I track my return?
To track your return, click the link in the Return Initiated email you received when you requested your return. Or, click here and enter your order number and email address.
Where is my refund?
We'll send you a Return Confirmation email as soon as we've processed your return and issued the refund to your original form of payment. From there, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement. Exact timing depends on the credit card or other company processing the refund. If your original order was paid for using an Ariat gift card, we will email a new gift card in the refund amount to the email address on the order.
How do I return multiple items?
When you request a return, you will be able to select the items you wish to return from a single order. When packing that return, please be sure to include only the items you selected when you requested the return. If you request returns for multiple orders, please ship each return separately using the separate packing lists and shipping labels provided. We can't process multiple returns that are shipped in a single box. Any non-Ariat products will be returned to sender.
Do we allow returns for product that is embroidered?
We do not accept returns on product that are embroidered, however if you received an embroidered product that you feel is defective, please contact Customer Service at (877) 284-8389 or email us at crewinfo@ariat.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Do we accept exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges at this time, but we would be happy to assist you in placing a new order for the items you are in need of, contact your Account Manager.
Can my order be delivered internationally?
We apologize, at this time we do not ship directly from the USA to other countries.
Do you ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO)?
We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO.
Where can I find Size Charts?
You can find size guides on the Product Description Page of each product. Each product includes a size guide tailored to its specific type, ensuring you get the best fit. Simply look for the "Size Guide" link when viewing a product.
How can I purchase replacement laces?
We currently produce replacement laces for select products only. These are available through select local Ariat retailers. If you are unable to find our laces, please visit www.heelingtouch.com for a wide selection of generic laces.
Do you offer insoles? How do I get replacement insoles?
Ariat offers insoles for work boots. These insoles provide all day cushioning, pro performance, and power support. To learn more about which insoles are perfect for your work boot click here
I purchased my boots in the U.S. but now reside overseas, what is the process for return/repair/exchange?

How can I tell if my boots fit properly?
Pull out the footbed and place your foot from heel to toe on the footbed. If you place your thumb at the toe area and it fits comfortably, this should ensure a proper fit, allowing enough slippage in the heel.
How do I know if my Pull On fits correctly?
When you slide your foot into a boot, use either boot pulls to pull it on while sitting, or stand up in to the boots. A well-fitting boot should fit your heel snugly. Expect an small amount of movement (lift) in the heel as you walk, because an boot that fits properly should flex as you walk, and your heel should lift a little, but not too much. New boots will have a stiffer sole. As you break in the boot, the sole will flex to a comfortable level and most slippage should stop.
How do I care for my Ariat boots?
Proper care of your boots and shoes is one of the best things you can do to prolong the life of your favorite Ariat boots. We recommend the Cadillac and Kiwi brands. Please note, however, that some leather care products may alter the color of the leather and will smooth the nap of a nubuck or distressed leather. We recommend that you test a small portion of your boot, i.e. the inner ankle area, before spraying your entire boot.
Who is Ariat® Flame-resistant (FR) Workwear designed for?
Ariat® FR Workwear is designed for electricians and workers in the utility, oil, gas and petrochemical fields who are at risk of exposure to electric arc flashes and flash fires, which could cause severe or fatal burn injuries. Typical candidates for FR workwear include electric linemen, pipeline and refinery workers, as well as industrial electricians.
How does Ariat® FR Workwear help protect against burn injury?
Through the use of flame-resistant chemicals or fabric blends, Ariat® FR Workwear is designed to self-extinguish within seconds after the source of ignition is removed, which may permit the wearer to react to an accidental exposure. It is not designed to be flame proof; it is flame-resistant.
Can the flame-resistant chemicals be washed out?
Provided you follow garment care instructions for Ariat® FR workwear, reasonable laundering should not affect the flame-resistant properties of the fabric.
How can Ariat® FR workwear be distinguished from traditional Ariat Workwear?
Ariat® FR workwear is clearly identified with “Ariat FR” labels on the middle of sleeves, back necks, or on the coin pocket of denim. Product hang tags and CAT labels also help distinguish Ariat flame-resistant products.
What is a CAT?
A CAT is a rating for FR workwear that indicates the level of protection the garment provides. There are five CATs ranging from 0-4, with a CAT of 0 representing the least protection, and a CAT of 4 representing the most protection. The NFPA 70E consensus standard assigns these categories based on the electrical maintenance that is to be performed, and each CAT correlates to a specific range of ATPVs. For example, CAT 1 would include ATPVs equal to or greater than 4 cal/cm2 but less than 8 cal/cm2.
What is an ATPV?
An Arc Thermal Performance Value (ATPV) is a rating assigned to flame-resistant workwear indicating the level of protection provided. Higher-weight fabrics typically have a higher ATPV and provide increased protection (as does the layering of FR workwear). All Ariat® FR Workwear has the ATPV marked on the hang tag for easy reference.
What FR SAFETY RATINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS does Ariat(R) FR Workwear comply with?
ANSI3 Compliant*
American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 107 – American National Standard for High- Visibility Safety Apparel and Accessories. The 360° reflective coverage of ANSI 107 Type R Class 3 compliant garments provides the highest Hi-Vis safety rating for work environments where visibility is of the highest importance.

ASTM F1506
This American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) international specification covers the minimum design characteristics and performance requirements for occupational apparel worn by electrical workers exposed to momentary electric arc and related thermal hazards.
CAT Rating
A CAT is a rating assigned to dual hazard FR workwear that indicates the level of protection the garment provides against electrical arcs. CAT 0 represents the lowest level of rated protection and CAT 4 represents the highest level of rated protection. Most of Ariat’s FR workwear falls within CAT2 based on their ATPV ratings.
NFPA 70E Compliant
The National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA) 70E – Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace establishes requirements for the protection of employees from possible exposure to workplace electrical discharge hazards.

NFPA 2112 Compliant
The National Fire Protection Association’s (NFPA) 2112 – Standard on Flame-Resistant Clothing for Protection of Industrial Personnel Against Short- Duration Thermal Exposures from Fire establishes the requirement for certifying garments designed to provide protection of employees from possible flash fire hazards in the workplace.

This section of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) 29 CRF 1910.269 covers the operation and maintenance of electric power generation, control, transformation, transmission and distribution lines and equipment.

UL provides safety-related certification, validation, testing, inspection, auditing, advising and training services to a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, retailers, policymakers, regulators, service companies, and consumers.
Can I repair my FR Workwear?
No. If you have a rip or other damage to your FR workwear, you must not use it.
Can I use DEET on flame-resistant workwear?
No. DEET is one of the most effective mosquito repellents on the market, but it should only be used on the skin, never on FR Workwear. For the most effective mosquito and tick protection, use DEET based repellents on skin (especially on exposed skin) and use a permethrin (the active ingredient in most lice shampoos) product washed into or applied to flame-resistant workwear. These products do not add any appreciable flammability to FR workwear and therefore do not affect its flame-resistant properties. When using permethrin in a spray form, use the WATER-BASED formulas only. Propellants are almost always flammable in this application, so the powder form washed into the workwear or the WATER-BASED spray formulas is recommended.
How do I care for FR workwear?
WARNING: Failure to launder garment properly can result in loss of flame-resistance properties.
- Dry cleaning does not affect the FR properties of the fabric, but, in some cases, dry cleaning chemical residue left on the fabric could burn.*
- Flame-resistant workwear should be laundered separately from the family wash to prevent cross contamination.
- Washing new garments before wearing is recommended. Wash new garments separately from other garments.
- Turn garment inside out before washing for best results.
- Machine wash using typical home laundry detergent.
- Liquid detergents or other products containing hydrogen peroxide should not be used.
- Avoid starch, fabric softener or any other laundry additives such as soil release or antistatics.
- Bleach must never be used on FR fabrics.
- Chlorine bleach (sodium hypochlorite) and oxygen bleach (hydrogen peroxide), either alone or in combination with other chemistry must never be used.
Work Shirts:
- Wash on Cotton/Sturdy cycle
- Wash in Warm Water
- Tumble Dry on Cotton Setting
- Do not over dry the garments to avoid shrinkage
- Iron as needed on appropriate fabric setting
Base Layers, Mid Layers, and Polartec® Workwear:
- Wash on Gentle cycle
- Wash in Cold Water
- Tumble dry on Low Heat, remove promptly
- Do not over dry the garments to avoid shrinkage
- Iron knits as needed on appropriate fabric setting*
Denim:
- Wash on Cotton/Sturdy cycle
- Wash in Hot Water
- Tumble Dry on Cotton Setting
- Do not over dry the garments to avoid shrinkage
- Iron as needed on appropriate fabric setting
- * Polartec® apparel cannot be ironed nor dry cleaned.
Can I waterproof my boots?
You may, enhance the level of water resistance in your boots with waterproofing sprays offered by Kiwi or Scotchguard brands. Please review the product instructions before application. We would recommend that you test the spray on a small portion of your boot, like the inner ankle area, before spraying your entire boot as some of these products may alter the color of the leather and will smooth the nap of a nubuck or distressed leather.

How do I know if a website is selling legitimate Ariat product?
Nobody is more passionate about making sure that your Ariat product is the real deal than we are. To make sure you are receiving legitimate Ariat product shop on Ariat.com, Ariatwork.com, AriatCrew.com or click here to find an authorized retailer. If you are unsure if someone is an authorized retailer call our Customer Service team at 1-800-899-8141 and they will be able to help.
I bought a counterfeit product or did not get any product after my card was charged, what do I do?
We suggest starting with the company you made the purchase from. In the event they are not willing to work with you, we suggest reporting all fraud charges to your bank. You can also notify the Better Business Bureau. For future Ariat purchases, shop ariat.com or click here to find an authorized retailer.

Why are our boots made off shore?
We currently manufacture our product in several countries. All of our manufacturing facilities are held to the highest standards to ensure the utmost in quality.
Can't find a product on the website?
All of the products in the current season's line are shown here on our website, but you will not see past-season footwear. If you can't find something on the site, try using the Search, starting with a specific name or term. If the Search does not return the right match (or any at all), it could be that we do not make that product, or that it is not available for the season. If you find a product on the site, please visit one of our retailer partners. Please note, not all stores carry all products, so we advise you call first. To locate a dealer in your area, search by zip code or state in our Retail Locator.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Let’s Get Started: How To Order Customized Gear
How to Customize a Product on the Upgraded Ariat Crew Website
Getting Started
Customization requires a pre-approved logo associated with your account. If your logo is missing, please follow the steps in 'Check for an Associated Logo' before proceeding.
Step 1: Select Your Size
Select a size for the product to begin customizing. If no size is selected, the customization option will not be available. Once a size is chosen, the Customize and Add to Bag buttons will become active.
Step 2: Check for an Associated Logo
When customizing a product, if your logo does not appear, it means it has not been associated with your account. A message will prompt you to begin the logo upload process, including a link to the form to start the Logo Setup for your account.
Step 3: Contact Ariat Crew for Logo Association
Please contact Crewinfo@ariat.com to find out who your Ariat Crew sales rep is, you can also ask how to align to use your logo. Ariat Crew will not add a logo to your account without your approval. This is a required process of Ariat Crew.
Customizing a Product Using an Ariat Crew-Approved Logo
Step 1: Select the Product
Navigate to the product you want to customize. Select your size (this is required). Adjust the quantity if needed. If the product is not available, you will see a Backorder message. Note: If your selected product is on backorder, customization will begin only once stock is available.
Step 2: Open Customization Options
Click “Customize” to open the customization screen. You can add a logo and/or text to the product. Logo placement options include chest, sleeve, or back, as well as the front center of beanies (availability varies by product).
Step 3: Choose Customization Location
Select one customization location at a time (e.g., chest, sleeve). If a location is not selected, the logos/text options will remain grayed out.
Step 4: Upload & Align Your Logo
Select the location where you want the logo/text to be applied. The preview on the right will update to show how your logo will appear on the product. Ensure your logo color matches the product for the best visibility. Click Save once you're satisfied with the location selection for your logo.
After hitting save:
- Your logo/text will appear above the color swatch.
- If adding another logo/text, select a new location and click Save.
Once a location is used, it will no longer be available on the ‘Customize locations’ selection list on the left hand side.
Step 5: Confirm and Add to Bag
Once you’re finished customizing, have made your customization location selection(s), scroll down and click Confirm and Add to Bag. A pop-up from your right hand side of the screen will confirm the item has been added to your cart.
If you want to keep shopping, continue browsing. Otherwise, click View Bag & Checkout.
Reviewing Your Cart
While reviewing your cart:
- You will see the style, size, and color of your selected product.
- The estimated ship date may be shown (customization will add additional processing time).
- Your customization choices (logo/text placements) will appear in the order summary section of your cart under the Customization Details.
Adding Text to a Product
Step 1: Select Customization Location for Text
Follow the same steps as adding a logo. Select the text option instead of a logo. Enter up to 15 characters per line (2 lines max).
Step 2: Choose Text Style & Color
Select a font style and thread color from the available options. The live preview will update as you make selections. Thread color options are available during selection.
Step 3: Save & Confirm
Click Save to apply the text. Your custom text will now appear in the customization summary. Click Confirm and Add to Bag to finalize your selection.
Editing or Removing Customizations in Your Cart
- Editing an Item
In the cart, click Edit Design to make changes to logos or text. To remove a logo or text, deselect the customization area and Save. If you remove a logo and want to reapply it, you must re-add it before saving.

- Removing an Item
To remove an item, click Remove in your cart. Warning: This will remove the entire line item, not just a single quantity.
- Checking Out & Final Steps
After customizing, click View Bag & Checkout. Review your selected style, size, color, and estimated ship date. Once your order is placed, customization cannot be modified.
Logo Upload & Approval Process
Where do users upload their logo?
To begin the logo upload process, fill out the form here.
What happens after you fill out our Logo Setup Form?
A member of the Ariat Crew team will contact you to finalize your logo setup so you can start placing orders.
How long does approval take?
Approval times vary based on the uniqueness of each logo and account setup.
Can users track the status of their logo?
At this time, tracking is not available. We recommend reaching out to your Ariat Crew sales representative for updates on your logo’s approval status.
What happens after approval?
Once approved, your logo will be permanently stored in your account for future orders. First-time orders usually have two steps: setting up the logo and then applying the logo to product. Logo setup varies; order processing takes approximately two weeks. Repeat orders are generally shipped in 7-10 business days.
We offer embroidery services
We offer high-quality embroidery services, including digitization and computerized embroidery. We take the time with each step to ensure that you get the quality you deserve. Ariat Crew currently does not offer screen printing services.
Setting up your logo for embroidery services
Begin the logo setup process by uploading your logo here, fill out all of the required details and submit the form for an Ariat Crew representative to review. Logo setup usually takes 3 to 4 business days to complete. Logo files in PNG, GIF, TIF, JPG, BMP, and PDF formats are all acceptable. * We recommend creating a light color design for darker products and a dark color design for lighter products. We offer Non-Flame Resistant and Flame Resistant threads to ensure that the colors in your logo appear as you want them while also meeting safety standards. All uploaded logos will be scaled to the maximum width and height of the available embroidery location. The maximum chest and sleeve width is 3.5 inches. Please keep in mind that to meet maximum width and height requirements, small lettering within logos may be forfeited.
Once your first order is completed, your uploaded logo will be saved to your account for future orders.
As part of the order process, we'll send an electronic sample of your sewn out for your approval.

Setup fees are a one-time charge. Once your logo has been digitized and approved, it will be saved to your account for future orders.
MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER WITH CUSTOMIZATION
To make sure that your customization is just right, we require approval of logo prior to uploading logo to your account for application to products and garments. Once an order has been placed and starts to move through the fulfillment process, we are unable make any changes. We apologize but you are unable to return customized product. Please view our terms and conditions.
*By placing a custom order, you certify that you have the lawful right to use all text and content submitted in your order and to authorize Ariat to copy, print and use the text and content to customize the product in the quantities requested in your order.

These Terms apply to your purchase(s) from the www.ariatcrew.com (“Website”) of products and accessories available for purchase. These Terms, and the Terms of Use govern all purchases you make on this Website.
No purchase for Resale. The Website is intended solely for Ariat to sell Ariat products directly to customers for their own private business use, and therefore purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited. “Purchase for resale” means the purchase of Ariat products by someone who resells, or intends to resell, the Ariat product to others (including consumers, businesses, or any other third party). If Ariat believes you are involved in purchase for resale, Ariat reserves the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.
Price and Payment. Prices advertised on this Website do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping charges. Your total price (including taxes and shipping charges) will be specified in the final checkout screen and stated on your purchase receipt provided via e-mail to the e-mail address provided with order. We recommend that you print or download your purchase receipt for future reference. Orders are not binding upon Ariat until accepted by Ariat. Ariat reserves the right to cancel orders as set forth in these Terms and the Terms of Use. Discounts or special offers available with your Website account may be automatically reflected with the purchase price in the shopping cart once you log in using your Website account.
We accept the methods of payment listed on the Website. We may authorize and charge your payment method at the time of purchase for the value of your order plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. You authorize us to charge your payment method when we bill you for the charges incurred by you. For security, we reserve the right to cancel any order in which the billing name and address does not match that of the payment method used for payment.
Order Quantities. We reserve the right to require minimum bulk quantities for orders. We further reserve the right to limit quantities included in an order.

Products can be shipped only to a single delivery address in the United States. Title (i.e., ownership) and risk of loss for all goods ordered pass to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier for shipment.

CUSTOMIZED AND/OR EMBROIDERED GOODS CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER PROMPTLY AFTER YOU PLACE IT. ONCE AN ORDER IS RECEIVED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, YOU MAY NOT MODIFY OR CANCEL IT.
Reprints, Returns and Refunds. All orders for printed or embroidered goods are considered customized orders. We have no obligation to accept a return or reprint or refund an order unless there the product or embroidery service is determined to be defective in accordance with Ariat policy. In addition to the other terms provided on the Website, we are not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the end user.
- The differentiation of colors and sizes as they appear on the computer screen of the end user during the ordering process prior to processing, as compared to the finished products.
- Any color shift in converted images with black, near black, or gray tones. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output.
- Effect of the application of digitization services upon the appearance of printed colors. We are not responsible for the final color appearance.
If you believe your order is defective or has not otherwise met your requirements, please contact your Account Representative or Ariat Crew Customer Service at (877) 284-8389 or crewinfo@ariat.com within 14 business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame, we have no obligation to accept a return or provide a refund or reprint. Once you have contacted us, we will determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to accept a return or provide a refund or reprint.
NOTE: TIME SENSITIVE MATERIALS - If you have dated or time sensitive material (i.e., it has a specific date by which it must be delivered or that you must have it in your hands), please plan accordingly. Product turnaround times and shipping times are estimates only. Leave plenty of time to receive your order and do not rely on turnaround times or shipping times meeting their minimum targets (e.g., if the turnaround time is 5 to 7 days, do not assume 5 days). We strongly suggest that you plan the desired production turnaround and shipping times so the order is received at least 30 days in advance. Section 5. Products and Sales
In describing and portraying our products on our Website, we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other Website Content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Any errors are wholly intentional, and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event an Ariat product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Ariat shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Further, Ariat shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and regardless of whether your credit card has been charged or order amount is deducted from your allowance. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Ariat shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If your order was placed through your Allowance account, the funds will be refunded to your account balance. If a product offered on the Website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us. Returns shall refund once UPS scans the Ariat provided shipping label on your return. All other refunds shall be given once the item is processed at the Ariat facility and may take up to 5-7 business days upon receipt.
Section 6. Shipping
When you place an order on our Website, we will ship your order to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address is within the United States and compliant with the shipping restrictions set out on the Website. We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. Section 7. Product Availability.
We make efforts to keep the Website and available inventory of products current and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that any product listed on the Website will be in stock or remain available. Further, we may discontinue or otherwise cease offering a product at any time, in our sole discretion. In the event a product is not available at the time you place your order, your account manager will send you a notice via email and may cancel your order for the unavailable product. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order or a portion of your order is cancelled, Ariat shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the cancelled items. If your order was placed through your Allowance account, the funds will be returned to your account balance. Unless you notify us to cancel your entire order, we will fulfill the balance of your order pursuant to our ordinary order fulfillment policies. To the fullest extent permissible by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy of any kind between you and Ariat whether sounding in tort, contract, or otherwise arising under these Terms shall be fully and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitrator shall be a single neutral arbitrator who is a licensed attorney experienced in the area of law raised by the dispute. If you and Ariat cannot reach an agreement, you and Ariat must mutually agree on a dispute resolution services provider (“DRS Provider”) to administer the arbitration and appoint an arbitrator. If you and Ariat cannot agree on an arbitrator or a DRS Provider, you and Ariat may seek appointment of an arbitrator in a court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitrations shall be conducted on a bilateral basis only. Except as provided under applicable law, you and Ariat expressly intend and agree that: (1) class action, collective action, and representative action procedures shall not be asserted, nor will they apply, in any arbitration proceeding (2) neither you nor Ariat will assert any class action, collective action, or representative action claims against each other in arbitration, in any court, or otherwise; and (3) you and Ariat shall only submit your own respective, individual claims in arbitration and will not seek to represent the interests of any other person. Any arbitration shall be conducted in Alameda County, California. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. You and Ariat agree that the decision of the arbitrator shall be in writing, that it shall be final and binding upon you and Ariat, and that it shall be enforceable in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator, you and Ariat shall each bear your own costs and fees, including attorneys’ fees and expenses. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to rules of conflict of law. You and Ariat acknowledge that these Terms evidence a transaction involving interstate commerce, and that the United States Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and proceedings pursuant to the arbitration clause in these Terms. Either you or Ariat also may, without waiving any remedy under these Terms, seek from a court of law any interim or provisional relief that is necessary to protect your rights or property, pending the arbitral tribunal’s determination of the merits of the controversy. Establishing an Account. Prior to placing an order on the Website or utilizing our Service, you will first be required to create a user account. User accounts may be created by submitting an account request form through the Website. Purchasing Products Using an Account. If you have been authorized to open a user account, you may order products on behalf of your company by logging in to your Website account. Upon completion of the online order process, your purchase will either be charged to your credit card or deducted from your Allowance, assuming your company has elected to join the Allowance Program. Submissions for Customized Orders. We have no obligation to proof or otherwise to pre-screen (i.e. confirm the digital files are all present, valid, correctly formatted, of the desired type, meet content requirements, etc.) or provide quality assurance review of any files or the content or layout of your order. Prior to placing an order for customized products, you must review the text and content of your submission thoroughly for accuracy. Orders are printed in their “as submitted” form and you are solely and fully responsible for any text or content that is submitted as well as any final proofing. Ariat is not responsible for misspelled or mis-designed submissions; however, we reserve the right to reject orders and submissions that do not meet Ariat policies or requirements. Our production of a product depicting the text or content you submit does not indicate that we approve the text or content. Be advised that the Website includes a virtual representation of your final product, and the preview and digitized artwork may vary from the final product depending on your tool. Ariat reserves the right to make digitization suggestions or decisions for design quality purposes. Digitization results may vary based on product, logo, designs, texture, fabric, number of colors, and similar reasons.
You are responsible for ensuring that any files submitted by you are in the proper format and transferred via a permitted transfer method. We reserve the right to limit the number of revisions you make to an order. If you have time sensitive material (i.e., it has a specific date by which it must be delivered), please plan accordingly. Product turnaround and shipping times are provided as estimates only and are in no way a guarantee. We will process customs orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to thirty (30) business days for processing.
Design Tools. The design tools provided on the Website employ a number of elements, including icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. We reserve the right to use all such elements, to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future and to modify or eliminate any design tool without notice in our sole discretion. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements through your creation of a design and/or your incorporation of a design into one or more products. Other end users may use the design tools to create designs that have similar or identical combinations of these elements and we do not guarantee that your design will not have similarities to other designs created and used by other parties. We provide no warranty of any kind that designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, the trademark, copyright or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether a design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.
Ariat Brand Guidelines. Ariat prohibits placing logos, emblems, or designs on Ariat products that may negatively impact Ariat’s brand in Ariat’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, logos, emblems, and designs that are obscene, vulgar, advocate or display violence or illegal activity, and/or relate to sex and pornographic industries. Ariat is an environmentally conscious and socially and politically aware brand and reserves the right to prohibit logos, emblems, and designs that, in its sole and absolute discretion, run counter to, or are inconsistent with, its brand identity. The decoration of any Ariat garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any company or organization without the appropriate license and/or authorization of the company or organization is expressly prohibited. Ariat reserves the right to cancel any order that it deems to be in violation of Ariat’s brand guidelines. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order or a portion of your order is cancelled, Ariat shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the cancelled items. In the event a customer repeatedly violates brand guidelines, Ariat reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account or customer account without notice. Submissions. By submitting a Submission, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the right and authority to submit the Submission. If submitting on behalf of an employer, you certify that you have authorization from your employer to do so on their behalf. You are solely responsible for your own Submissions. Ariat has no obligation to store, maintain or archive a Submission. A Submission may not be accessible after completion of your order. You are solely responsible for creating back-up copies of your Submissions. Ariat cannot provide copies of your Submission to you.
Intellectual Property. By placing a custom order, you certify that you have the lawful right to use all text and content submitted in your order and to authorize Ariat to copy, print and use the text and content to customize the product in the quantities requested in your order. IMPORTANT: You represent and warrant that your Submission (as defined below) does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of a third party or constitute counterfeiting, piracy, misappropriation of another’s idea or rights of privacy or publicity. You agree that you will not contribute any Submissions unless you have all of the rights (including rights from the copyright owner) necessary to grant Ariat the use license, and to satisfy all of the warranty requirements, described above. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to request confirmation from you in writing of your rights to or permission with respect to any text or content you submit with your order.
Nothing contained in these Terms, this Website, or your ability to place custom orders on Ariat products shall be deemed by implication, estoppel or otherwise to grant you any ownership interest in, nor shall it grant you or your affiliates the right to claim any ownership interest in any Ariat Intellectual Property. “Ariat Intellectual Property” means all industrial, commercial and intellectual property rights owned by Ariat including but not limited to all trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade dress rights, rights of publicity and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled, or licensed by Ariat. Ariat reserves all of its rights to and in all Ariat Intellectual Property, and nothing herein grants any rights in Ariat Intellectual Property to you. By using the Website, you agree not to take any action that is inconsistent with or in violation of Ariat’s Intellectual Property rights.
No Implied Affiliation, Collaboration, or Association. Customized goods should not be construed as creating an affiliation, collaboration, or any other type of association between You and Ariat. You agree not to make statements or representations to any third party or take any other action that would tend to imply any such affiliation, collaboration, or association.
